Homemade Jamz Blues Band consists of three young siblings from Tupelo, Mississippi: Ryan Perry (lead and vocals), 23 years old, brother Kyle Perry (bass & backup), 21 years old, and their young sister, Taya Perry (drums), 16 years old, have followed and traveled the blues music scene since 2006. Their passion and dedication to their blues music has earned them great recognition amongst the greats and seasoned musicians. Homemade Jamz had the privilege of performing for the U.S. Olympics team and family members at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, England. They have been on several radio programs such as, NPR, All Things Considered, WWOZ Radio and WXPN Radio, just to name a few. They have also been featured on several major television networks such as CBS Sunday Morning, NBC’s The Today Show, and Kozi TV (NBC af liate), The Next Great Family Band, PBS, The Tavis Smiley Show, and The Monique Show on BET. Homemade Jamz continue to contribute a new outlook and a young vibe to dedicated blues lovers while also attracting new fans to their music, as well as blues music as a whole.
